 Last year, Wanlov made the headlines with his outrageous attire to the Chale Wote Street Art Festival, and well this year he took it a step further.
On saturday, the opening day of the festival Wanlov shared a photo showing painted portions of his manhood on twitter… he wrote “#ChaleWote2014 b crazy!!!
