The case between Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale and event managers, Charter House took a different turn when lawyers for Shatta Wale, known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, disclosed that Charter House Ghana Limited is not a known legal entity in Ghana and therefore cannot bring a suit against their client.
Peacefmonline.com also chanced on a statement on Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson’s (Bulldog) facebook page indicating Charterhouse production limited is the name in the records and not Charter House Ghana Limited.
“Interesting revelation in court today… Charterhouse Ghana is a nonentity… It doesn’t not exist” Bulldog wrote on his page.
