EC declares Nana Akufo-Addo President-Elect of Ghana

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party has officially been declared president-elect of the Republic of Ghana by the Electoral Commission.

EC Chairperson, Mrs Charlotte Osei announced that even with four constituency results outstanding, Nana Addo garnered enough votes to be declared winner of the polls, with 53.85% or 5,716,026 of the total valid votes 10,615,361.
