Fuse ODG Beats Shatta Wale, Others At 2015 MOBO Awards.
In the midst of his controversial fallout with his manager Bulldog, Ghanaian dancehall Musician Shatta Wale has lost his first Music of Black Origin (MOBO) nomination to UK based Ghanaian Afrobeats Singer Fuse ODG.
Fuse ODG (born Nana Richard Abiona) who won the same ‘Best African Act’ award for the third consecutive time, beating Davido, Wizkid, Patoranking, Moelogo, Yemi Alade, Aka, Mista Silva, Shatta Wale and Silvastone who were nominated in category.
The just ended 20th edition of the Music of Black Origin Awards (MOBOs) which took place at the First Direct Arena in London yesterday Wednesday November 4, 2015, also saw Drake win the Best International Album with ‘If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late’.
