Speaking to yours truely in an exclusive interview, Osvaldo Scalvenzi, President of Garman said their products are of very high quality and comes with affordable prices.
He noted that they decided to come to Ghana due to the achievements of the nation’s sportsmen and women who have sacrificed to shine despite little motivation.
Scalvenzi said Ghana has a big name in world sports, from the achievements of football and boxing.
He adviced that the time for Ghanaian sportsmen and women to be well branded and have the very unique identities that Ghanaian sports fans desired.
Kofi Poku, an executive member of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) said he had known the brand and testified that Italian sports wears are of very high quality.
Armal Kanouo, the African representative of Garman who hails from Cameroon said the brand is for champions as his country has been using Garman over the years.
Garman represent a great market positioning inside the sport wear sector because of fare relation between quality and price. Under this view, many national partnership has been promoted on the whole country and outside the country, placing Garman in a more and more visible role and leadership in the sector of sports wear.
Meanwhile, some members of the sports media have tasked Garman to sponsor the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) annual cup match since they promised to be media friendly and want the brand to be visible and patronised in Ghana.
