Newly appointed Accra Hearts of Oak coach, Herbert Addo, says it will take him five weeks to settle in his new role.
Coach Addo, who replaced Mohammed Polo after helping Inter Allies to survive the turbulence in the premiership last season said he was not in a rush to sign players until he had finished assessing his current crop of players.
In an interview with Daily Graphic after his unveilling in Accra last Thursday, the 2010 Premier League winner with Aduana Stars said “I need five weeks to know the players”.
“It is better to prepare the team both physically and mentally,” he added.
Coach Addo said he would sit with his new players and set targets for themselves ahead of the new season.
Meanwhile, newly appointed Hearts Under-17 coach, Dauda Lutterodts, has pledged to unearth young talents who would not only help the club but Ghana as a whole.
