At this point its entirely ridiculous how narcissistic Kim Kardashian is.

The self-absorbed socialite took to instagram to share the above picture, telling the world how much she misses her “skinny days”. “Throwback a few years ago #SkinnyDays #OnTheTreadmillRightNow”, she wrote in the caption.

Really? Is that her main aim? Instead of babysitting North West, she is thinking how to showcase her “natural” voluptuous figure. I wont be surprised if Kim spends 4 hours preening before going out.
