When the case was last heard on Friday 13, 2014 Justice William Boampong, the judge hearing Kwaw Kese’s case who threatened to free the musician if prosecutors fail to bring their witness at the next sitting, was not seen on the judge seat this morning inside the Kumasi Metropolitan Circuit Court.
Even though Rapper Kwaw Kese, his Lawyer Nana Kwasi Boatey and Prosecutor, Superintendent Emmanuel Akornnor were present in court, the judge’s absent made it impossible for the case to be heard. The case has since been adjourned to February 27 2015.
