Mum and daughter murder: Suspect wife picked up to assist investigation

Brong Ahafo Regional Police command has picked up the wife of the man suspected to be behind the murder of Abena  pomaa and her 10 year-old girl at Abesim, a suburb of Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region.

 The 43 -year old woman, Abena Pomaa, and her 10 -year old daughter,Blessing were found dead in their bedroom at Ohene-Djan near abesim last week.

The body of the of the two ,which were found in a pool of blood,were retrieved by the police on last week Sunday evening with cuts on their throats.

Speaking to Ark News,the Brong Ahafo Police Public Relations Officer, A.S.P Christopher  Tawiah, confirmed that the wife of the alleged murderer has been picked up to assist in the investigation.
