Ntotroso holds Brain Exercise Project

The Gyedu Electoral Assemblyman in the Asutifi North District, Brong Ahafo Region, Honourable Ebenezer Kwaku Addo, has today presented exercise books and mathematical sets worth thousands of Cedis to schools at Ntotroso and Gyedu.

Speaking to the media at Ntotroso were the Asutifi District Police Commander, Asutifi North Education Executives, Asutifi South Health Directorate Executives, Asutifi North District Presiding Member, Pastors, teachers, parents and the pupils. The initiative which was started in the year 2014 is to motivate the Pupils to study earnestly.

He recounted that years back as a student he was on the receiving end of such gifts and it encouraged him to learn passionately. As such he felt the need to do likewise for these students in the district each year.

Hon. Ebenezer Kwaku Addo disclosed that, the initiative is helping the pupils, parents and the communities as a whole but he knows the massive impact will be yielded some years to come since it will boost education in the District because numerous graduates would be produced from the District.

The District Education Director, Police Commander and others took time to advised both pupils and parents to be more concerned when it comes to education in the district.

Some Headteachers applauded the Honourable Assemblyman for the kind gesture to the pupils, parents and the communities and they believe that the act will go a long way to help education. They encourage others to emulate what he has done.

One hundred and ninety eight(198) pupils received 5 copies each of exercise books plus maths sets.
