PHOTOS: Dark Skinned Gospel Musician Ama Boahemaa Transforms Into Ama “Obroni”
 Several dark skinned celebrities have changed their skin colour for their personal reasons including gospel musicians.
Adding to the list of bleaching Ghanaian celebrities is gospel singer Ama Boahemaa, known for writing songs based on her personal sad life experiences. Pictures suspected to be the dark skinned gospel singer who has allegedly suddenly transformed into an “obroni” has gone viral on social media. This comes as a big shock to the entertainment industry and her fans because Ama is perceived to be a God fearing Singer who would not even go close to a bleaching cream or do anything to tone her skin as it is against Christianity. Her transformation is so immense to the extent that many people cannot believe it is her. |

Comments on social media about these alleged new images of Ama Boahemaa has been mixed whiles some say she only bear a striking resemblance to the singer, others also believe strongly that is definitely Ama Boahemaa. Ama Boahemaa, who sang popular gospel hit song “Makoma” and other several hit songs like Awurade Woba Eko, Maba etc. some years back, has gone quiet for some years now after she involved herself in a supposed illegal case that occurred between her former producer Mr. Clement Owusu Dapaah and a complaint Mr. Brobbey Johnson Ohene in 2010. Ama, who is currently based in Germany, has not reacted to this but time will tell if this is indeed the calm and religious Ama Boahemaa. Meanwhile, Peacefmonline.com investigations reveal that the pictures are indeed that of the gospel Singer. According to close sources, Ama Boahemaa bleached her skin over a year ago now and this is old news for people close to her and those who known her.
