Vision Media Studies graduates first batch of students
The first batch of students of Vision Media Studies (VMS), a media school in Kenyasi (Brong Ahafo) have undergone graduation after successfully completing a six month programme.
The graduation also saw students show casing some of their newly acquired skills such as Akan and English news casting, sports presentation, disc jockeying and programme hosting at the premises of Anapua radio 105.1fm. Some parents who could not hide their joy, said that they were amazed by the performance of the students and were grateful to the lecturers for training their wards within such a short time.
They urged other parents not to waste time sending their children to other places for media training because what they saw was at VMS was the best where their wards underwent both theory and practical training.
The students who displayed their skills live on air, also said they were excited about the things thought by the lecturers and pledged to work hard in the days ahead. They narrated that at first they were shy to talk to people but now they are able to interview people without any fear nor panic.
