Take GHAMRO & MUSIGA executives to court if you think they are misusing funds- DJ SammySam

DJ SAMMYSAM of Anapua radio 105.1 has advised musicians who are members of both GHAMRO AND MUSIGA to take executives to court if they believe that funds are being misused and stop complaining to the general public on a daily basis.

Speaking on the programme, Infotainment, he said he does not understand why musicians keep on alleging that leaders of the two musician bodies in the country are misusing funds while there are competent courts in the country to ensure that the truth is know or brought to bear.

He disclosed that musicians who are acting this way makes people believe that the level of education of the musicians is narrow because the best channel to champion your problems is the court so what is keeping them from such act?

DJ SAMMYSAM wanted to know if per their constitution, members cannot take executives to court or not. If per the constitution executives can be pushed to court then members must desist from washing their dirty linen in public and take legal action.

He wanted to know if at all Royalties are collected in the country by the authorized bodies and again if the members know the total amount earn as royalties after collection. All this information he said should be available things must be of technology.
