Actress Denies Having Sex With Producers For Movie Roles
Kisa Gbekle on Wednesday went haywire and hurled insults over reports that she had been having sex with movie producers so that she could be given roles to play.
Allegations of actresses exchanging sex for roles in movies are not uncommon in the Ghanaian movie industry, and the ongoing reports about Kisa could be coming from some of her intimate friends within the industry.
“Funny how some bitch ass bitches have been saying shit about me. Get this; I don’t take off my top to get to the top, I pave the way and I do my own shit,” Kisa wrote on Twitter and Facebook on Wednesday.
She later spoke to NEWS-ONE: “I don’t take off my panties for movie roles, if they care to know. I am so sorry for speaking like this but it is just annoying. These people are just getting on my nerves. Why do people hate to see others progress in this industry? They just sit somewhere and talk anyhow.”
She, however, refused to mention the names of people in the movie industry who were involved in the spreading of the rumours. The young actress has featured the TV series, ‘The Miser’ and several movies.
She was in the news last week in connection with her father’s demise. He died at the age of 62.
