IMANI Ghana Chief Executive Officer, Franklin Cudjoe has commended award winning Hip Life artiste, popularly known as Okyeame Kwame ,for his immense contribution to the entertainment industry in Ghana.
Franklin described the lyricist aka Rap Doctor as the “King of art in Ghana” after urging him to do more to uplift the art industry in Ghana.
Okyeame Kwame aside his control on music also has another great talent; to write and direct a well-choreographed stage craft such as the “Versatile” show.
The show has had great impact on some noble persons in the country including veteran journalist, Kwesi Pratt who has lauded the show on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo on several occasions.
Franklin Cudjoe took to Facebook to reveal that, Okyeame Kwame’s show tells the socio-politico economic problems the country is facing in recent times.
“Okyeame Kwame aka Rap Doctor is the new king of art in Ghana! This gem of an artist has pulled off the most brilliant comedy show in recent times.
“…He effortlessly tells the reality of Ghana’s socio-politico economic problems is his “versatile” show.
“…He together with an amazing array of artiste has set the National Theatre on ‘fire’ with hundreds agog with laughter and cheers. He is the new king of Comedy Central in Ghana. And I will like to work with him,” he said
