Michael Jackson was ‘chemically castrated’ by father alleges former doctor
Michael Jackson’s former doctor claims in a scathing new video that the King of Pop’s father “chemically castrated” the singer.
Conrad Murray — who spent time behind bars in connection with Michael’s death — asserts that the late pop star told him about “the many sufferings” he allegedly endured at the hands of his father, Joe Jackson.
“The cruelty expressed by Michael that he experienced at the hand of his father, particularly the bad treatment and moreover,” Murray says in a first-person video obtained by The Blast. “The fact that he was chemically castrated to maintain his high-pitched voice is beyond words.”
Murray, 65, spent two years in prison on an involuntary manslaughter charge for allegedly providing Michael Jackson with a lethal dose of the drug propofol. The new video emerged a little over two weeks after Joe Jackson died following a battle with cancer.
Murray also blasts Joe Jackson in the 69-second clip as “one of the worst fathers to his children in history.” He concludes by saying he hopes the longtime Jackson family manager is getting “redemption in hell.”
Joe Jackson, who was 89 when he died, submitted a wrongful death lawsuit against Murray in 2010 before dropping the suit in 2012. Michael Jackson died in 2009, and Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in late 2011. He was released in October 2013.
Michael Jackson had accused his father of turning physically violent toward him multiple times, including in his 1988 autobiography “Moonwalk.”
“We’d perform for him and he’d critique us. If you messed up, you got hit, sometimes with a belt, sometimes with a switch. My father was real strict with us — real strict,” he wrote.
