There are natural disasters and there are man-made disasters waiting to happen when we poorly combine asphalt, stones and run them over by machines into roads.

It is only when it rains like it is happening in Ghana, that the real job of Ghana’s contractors can be judged correctly with the ‘naked’ eyes.
