Miss Ghana Foundation fetes orphans ahead of Christmas.

The gesture was part of the pageant’s giant commitment to giving back to society and helping the needy.
Children at the home were treated to good food and drinks as well as other Christmas gifts.
The Miss Ghana Foundation is a registered charity arm of the Miss Ghana Beauty pageant.
Over the years, past Miss Ghana queens have taken up different social projects that help transform and positively impact lives of the most vulnerable or less privileged in society under the foundation.
Miss Ghana 2015, Antoinette Delali Kemavor and two runner-ups; Afua Asieduwaa Akrofi and Rebecca Asamoah were at the home to party with the children while they also encouraged them to take their education serious.
The queens also donated items worth hundreds of Ghana cedis to the home. The items included; bags of rice, Special Ice Water, Frytol.
Miss Ghana pageant, powered by Exclusive Events, is the biggest and oldest national beauty pageant of Ghana.
The contest was established in 1957, the year of Ghana’s independence, with Monica Amekoafia becoming the first-ever Miss Ghana. The current queen is Antoinette Delali Kemavor.
