NPP grades Mahama’s first year in office today
Ghana’s biggest opposition party will today hold a media forum to assess President John Mahama’s first year in office.
It follows the President’s interaction with journalists last week which coincided with the first year of his investiture.
The New Patriotic Party says the forum is meant to bring to the fore things that went well and things that went wrong in the Mahama administration.
Its Acting Communications Director Perry Okudzeto told XYZ News that: “what we intend to do is to look at the year in retrospect, the year 2013, things that went well, things that didn’t go well”.
Mr Okudzeto said the NPP has listened to the President and the Government’s side of the story and deemed it prudent to also offer the NPP’s perspective on those same national issues.
