Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah says there are equal opportunities for every player including those in the local league.
Speaking at the Baba Yara Stadium before the match involving Ghana and Burkina Faso in the GOTv WAFU Cup on Monday, Appiah explained that improvement in the Black Stars team is a must and more talents will make that possible.
” My doors have never been closed and I always believe that we have so many talents around and we are looking out for those who can come in and help.”
He added: ” I believe that we have a very good team but the mere fact that we concede goals or not score enough automatically calls for more work.
Sometimes, we tend to lose some balls and I do not find that suitable so these are the areas we need to work on going forward.”
Ghana will find out its World Cup opponents on the 6th of December when the World Cup draw is done in the Brazilian city of Bahia.
