I wanted to be part of history that’s why I starred in my best friend’s movie: Jim Iyke backs Nadia
Nollywood star Jim Iyke has stated the reason why he accepted to work with Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari on her newly produced movie (The diary of Imogen Brown).
The movie is Nadia’s debut at directorship.
When asked at a press conference organized to promote the movie, Jim said “I want to be part of history. A reason that is probably above common knowledge, one, it was a movie put together by my best friend, and the content is mind blowing, plus she is the very first female director now in the movie industry. Wanted something amazing so I just joined the train”.
The two have constantly been in the news over whether they are just friends or lovers. Nollywood movie star Jim Iyke last month, flew with bubbly Ghana actress Nadia Buari on a European city tour to mark her 31st birthday.
While their relationship status is unclear, what is clear for now is that Jim Iyke is currently in Ghana to help his best friend Nadia Buari out on her new movie which will be out soon.
The movie which is based on real life events also features her brothers Majeed Sidiku Buari, Jameel Sidiku Buari, and Soraya Mensah, Heba Khaled, Kevin Boateng, Prince Mingles and Beatrice Dadson.
Imogen Brown, a successful business woman who had it all. Such as what most women will wish for, an incredibly beautiful daughter, a great home, a diamond business empire and a handsome boyfriend.
