The event, which climaxes the Citi FM Family Month, will be an open-air funfair with lots of interesting activities including karaoke, poetry, charades, soccer, chess, ludo, musical chairs, treasure hunt, video games and many more. There will be bouncy castles, face painting and other exciting games to entertain children while parents enjoy other activities.
One of the main attractions on the day will be the award winning musician Okyeame Kwame. He will be performing live with a band and he’s poised to entertain patrons on the day.
In an interview with citifmonline, Kwame called on all and sundry to be at the event.
“As a family man, I feel elated to be a part of the Citi FM Family Day Out. I think it’s an opportunity to meet hundreds of families and individuals to have some quality fun. I want to meet all my fans and Citi FM fans at Rufus and trust me, I won’t disappoint on the stage,” he said.
The event is expected to attract thousands of people on the holiday to have fun and spend a day away from the hustle and bustle of Accra. To enter, adults would have to pay 15 cedis and children (under 12 years) would have to pay 10 cedis.
