Prince Boateng misses penalty in Schalke loss

Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng missed a penalty as Schalke 04 lost to arch rivals Borussia Dortmund 3-1 at the Veltins Arena in the Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon.

Boateng who recently recovered from a knee injury two weeks ago. was making his second straight appearance for the Gelsenkirchen side.

Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened the scoring after 14 minutes before Nuri Sahin’s doubled the lead with a 25-yard effort.
