Ronnie Coaches of Buk Bak to be buried on February 1
The mortal remains of Ronnie Quainoo Coaches, former member of hiplife music group Buk Bak, will be laid to rest on Saturday, February 1, 2014.
Ronnie, 36, died on November 21, 2013 at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital after suffering a heart attack.
The burial of the late musician, according to information gathered by Myjoyonline.com, will be preceded by a Wake Keeping at the National Theatre on January 31.
Family of the musician, together with the Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), will lay his remains in state at the National Theatre on February 1.
The venue will also host a special musical concert in honour of Ronnie Coaches. The concert will see performances from several artistes including Prince Bright (Bling Sparkles), also a member of Buk Bak, and music trio, 4×4.
The remains of the late musician will be interred at the Osu Cemetery on February 1, followed a memorial service at the Success Chapel, Bubuashie in Accra on Sunday, February 2.
A source told Myjoyonilne.com that plans are far advanced to give Ronnie Coaches a befitting burial.
